- BSc in Nautical Science
- Experience as Deck Officer on board PCTC or RoRo vessels
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Self-going and solution oriented
- Analytical and systematic
- Good communication skills
- Able to be firm yet reasonable within a multinational contact network
- High level of integrity
