SOS Children's Village - Archive
Visit to SOS Children's Villages 2006
With the generous support from Leif Hoegh & Co. and donation from Hoegh employees, SOS Children's Village in Lipa City were able to build homes for children who are orphans, abandoned by their parents or children from intricate family. November 23, 2006, Hoegh Autoliner President, Thor Jorgen Guttormsen together with representatives from Hoegh Fleet Services and Leif Hoegh & Co., participated in the grand opening of these three newly constructed houses and social activities center. Each house will become a home to a "mother" who will take care of as many as ten children.
SOS Children's Village
LHC has entered into a partnership with SOS Children's Villages and has committed to finance the building and running of three family houses and a social center in the LIPA Children's Village in the Philippines.
