Höegh Fleet Services Phils., Inc. (HFSP) is a subsidiary of Höegh Fleet Services, established in 1997 after a presence in the Philippines since 1982. Its main objective is the recruitment of qualified and well trained seafarers to man vessels owned by Leif Höegh & Co.
Höegh Fleet Services strive to meet all our manning requirements, as well as offer the best possible service to our seafarers and their families. We presently employ 1500 Filipino seafarers. Our seafarers are our most important asset.

CadetE Balbona Delivers Valedictory Address at UC-METC's October Commencement Exercise
The October graduation rites of the UC-METC's Mambaling, Cebu campus was held on October 20, 2011 at the school's I Quadrangle. One of our HFS Class '11/NSA batch 15 cadets, CadetE Artem Kristoffer Balbona graduated topnotcher among the 400 graduates, delivering the graduation's valedictory address. He graduated Magna Cum Laude.
